Today, hotels and retortors are more than ever placed under strict competition. They need staff to justify a high quality assessment of services. In order to work together, the team is managers of different specializations: booking, reception and accommodation, telephone and information services, hotel economic development planning and development strategies.
Both the recruiters and employers are complaining about the acute shortage of skilled professionals. At the same time, they want to hire " best-practice " , whose characteristics have clearly established specific skills, skills, knowledge and experience of applicants.
English is the basic condition for candidates. The language base should be very good, and just a conversational language is not enough - there must be absolute freedom of communication. When many initial positions are adopted, the written language is checked, because the consier has to conduct many correspondence by fax, e-mail, and there is no need for English grammar.
